Book Review and Visit to MN

I was lucky enough to head back to MN at the end of April to participate in book club with my dear college friends.
The book that we discussed was Those Who Save Us by Jenna Blum. The story is told in modern day by a daughter, while we also see glimpses of Nazi Germany through her mother's eyes. This book brings to light on how easy it is to judge when we look at history, but sometimes those decisions to "do what is right" are not so easy to make when you are personally faced with them. It is definitely worth your time to read and contemplate this book - call me if you want to talk about it.

My weekend in MN was also spent with my dear friends, Renee and Armand, as well as my lovely Mama! We had a great time!
